As a matter of fact, the Gunday actor is going to attain the rapper avatar for a movie on slum rappers.

If recent media reports are to be trusted, the dishy actor will be essaying the role of a rapper in director Zoya Akhtar's next. Reportedly, the character that Ranveer will be portraying in the flick will be that of a guy hailing from the Mumbai slums. A source was quoted as saying, “Ranveer will play a rapper from Dharavi, Mumbai, and will begin shooting for Zoya’s film after the release of Befikre”.
