You know full well that the PPP is never limited by what it does or does not do.  It screams that it has a mandate which allows it to run roughshod over the constitution (as flawed as that is) and all other aspects of governance.

Brummel is a PNC bai, of course he will fabricate stories about Rohee. In fact it turned out that Rohee did not communicate with the officer in charge, telling him to kill the protesters. They were killed by bullets other than that issued to police, in fact pnc/afc bullets.

The Rev's conscience is crystal clear--the Rev hates no one.

BLACK GUYANESE LIKE INDO GUYANESE AND AMERINDIAN GUYANESE AND CHINESE GUYANESE, ETC, ETC--THEY ARE ALL GOD'S CHILDREN! AND THE REV CANNOT HATE ANY OF GOD'S CHILDREN. THAT WOULD BE AN EGREGIOUS SIN.

Now carib, the political party supported by 90% of blacks in Guyana, the PNC, is an evil, wicked party. The PNC illicitly ruled Guyana for 28 years and bankrupted the country.

Thank heavens the  PPP has gotten Guyana back on track---the country is now prospering.

Listen Devin!

51% of the Guyanese people voted for a party other than the PPP in the last election. But the Burnham constitution says the PPP must control the executive branch--that's where the milk and honey flows.

The Burnham constitution says to hell with the masses(the 51%) they are a$$es--the PPP received 48+% of the votes in a multi party election---and the Burnham constitution says the PPP must rule.

Now Devin, if the 51%(folks like yourself) want the PPP out of office, then you must encourage the PNC and AFC to form a coalition.

The problem is the AFC East Indian leaders(Moses, Khemraj, etc) know they will be royally F****d by the PNC in any coalition---the AFC afro leaders(Nigel, Trotman, etc) would welcome a PNC/AFC coalition---they will be taken care of by the PNC---but the Indo AFC leaders are dead set against a PNC/AFC coalition.

And so the PPP will likely rule Guyana for another 50 years.

THE BURNHAM CONSTITUTION IS THE GREATEST GIFT THE PPP EVER RECEIVED.

If the PPP rule like they currently do, they are never going to last another decade. The end result is there is a war or we come to our senses and redefine the political system for an even playing field. We cannot allow the PPP family clan to turn Guyana into their private property and the rest of us their patrons. Lacking a redefining of the political system it will be an ethnic war.

BUT THERE WILL NEVER, EVER BE AN ETHNIC WAR IN GUYANA STORMBORN---NEVER!

Listen Storm! For the most part the two major races in Guyana, blacks and East Indians get along very well---it's only around election time there is any sort of tension between the 2 groups.

You need to deal with reality stormborn, and the reality is the PPP will not be removed from the executive branch unless all the opposition parties form a coalition before the election.

As you know, back in 1964 the PNC and UF were able to form a coaliton after the election---the consttution now says any coalition must be formed before the election.

That is good news for the PPP---great news infact.

Anyway keep TALKING and DREAMING Stormy--you are good at it---in the meantime the PPP and the DOERS in the business sector are taking action--they are doing--and they are moving Guyana forward.

And clearly then there is a political situation in Guyana.  Neither blacks nor Indians like to be ruled by the other race.

Wouldnt it be better to seek a situation where BOTH groups feel included in governance and so these insecurities do not manifest?

Black people do not like you to scream "ahbe pan tap...coolie time now", any more than you enjoyed it when blacks screamed "kit and kith ah we pan tap" under Burnham.  It was wrong then and it is wrong now.

Unlike you I do not depend on fantasy to illustrate issues. Is that not why you so graspingly reach for these silly cartoons to concretize your imagination? That we have an ongoing ethnic divisions is self evident. That the PPP by a tiny majority siexes the state as their private funding source to their enrichment is also a fact. That the other side looks on in disgust is also a fact.

That societies like ours always end up in violence when political intransigence to find a fair communal space is also self evident. The only thing restraining a collapse of the system is the considerable patience of the black middle class. They have never supported violent resistance to the corrupt regime.

They have however demonstrated that they can act when necessary. The burnham regime faced no resistance from indians who under Cheddi were fawning sheep. It was the African middle class that took to the streets. If the black middle class decides the PPP time is up then it is and nothing anyone can say will stop that.

True.  The PPP ruled from 1957-1964.  Blacks had their revenge.  Then Indians had their revenge after 1992.

I will let you ponder about what you will do when blacks get their turn again.

You see your focus ought to be figuring out how to stop this cycle of revenge by ensuring that every one feels included in running Guyana.  But you would rather scream "collie time now"......and then worry about when blacks will do somthing about it.

What was the revenge for between 1964-1992?  True, the PNC in power, it's the end of Indians as a people in Guyana.

When black leaders get their turn again to run Guyana, and they will, they will do what black leaders are good at doing--destroy and bankrupt the Guyanese econony.

THE PPP WILL THEN TAKE OVER AND DO WHAT INDIAN LEADERS ARE GOOD AT DOING--BUILD AND DEVELOP.

I stated correctly that 1964-92 was revenge for 1957-1964.  Cheddi and Janet ran Guyana and Janet did her best to squeeze out blacks because they didnt bow down and worship her white skin like the illiterates in the rice and cane fields.  Burnham capitalized on this, copying the politics of party dominance, the party card and ethnic triumphalism from Janet Jagan.  Why do you think that blacks were fairly quiet under Cheddi and then became extremely enraged when Janet took over, forcing the old lady to quit?

So continue with this cycle of revenge and rage while Guyana goes nowhere.

Aah cant help your anti black hatred.  Burnham did what Cheddi supported and that was nationalize the economy and destroy the private sector.  Guyana then suffered the consequences of this.  Cheddi leading Guyana with his Marxist nonsense would have landed us in the same place and I invite you to tell me otherwise once we see how much he admired the Soviet Union and Fidel Castro.
