This whole fart about Jettisoning the AFC is contrary to the actualities of what we are seeing occur on the ground today in Guyana.

Mr. Granger just gave the AFC 2 more cabinet seats to increase the total cabinet members for the AFC from  4-6 without increasing the number of Ministers he said the government would have from before the elections.

The real possibility of what could happen is that indian supporters defect from the PPP and move towards supporting the AFC.

This is already happening in the civil service. Nermal Rekha, Sattaur all of these cats are now fully cooperating with the government pointing out who thief what and who is screwing the pooch. The entire Jagdeo cabal that was in government have now flipped who was on the fence clearly scale the fence.

Nanda K Gopaul was not at the swearing in ceremony by accident, Indra Chandarpal did not clean out her office first before anyone else by accident. All of these staunch supporters of jagdeo and the PPP are slowly running from them. It is only a matter of time before they find affection for Ramjattan and Naga. Give it time Scorpion give it time.

Is true that. I am surprised how many canaries have been working for the PPP with mouth shut but eyes wide open. Many of them are singing from the top of the trees for anyone in the new government to hear them clearly. Most of the corruption disclosures from the last few days have come from persons in the Indian community. These people have family to feed and no doubt kids in good schools. They are not prepared to go down with the sunken PPP ship. They'll do just about anything to please Granger and hope that he shows mercy on them and let them keep their jobs. As Granger said, he'll keep the people who are working hard to make a positive difference to the new direction. The sails have unfolded. The wind has picked up. Guyana is back on course. (For those of you confused about this sail business: the old British Guiana stamps frequently had a sailing ship engraved on it.)
