In Guyana the Self Employed are the biggest cheaters of taxes, followed by those with dual incomes, eg. MPs who receive a Salary at Parliament and then practice as lawyers and Lecturers etc.
If you carry out a survey in Guyana and you will find that 99% of self employed person cheat taxes.
