Lin Chen, an old woman in China, got tired of people speeding through an intersection near her house. So, she did the only reasonable thing and attached a sexily dressed blow-up doll to a nearby tree. Her plan might have worked, but police don’t entirely agree with her method.

She should use a live model, they'd probably go for that.
