The program started 6 months ago. Indeed the new govt. had nothing to do with the selection, but if this was the other way, you would have hear them racist alligata bawl and holler.

One meaning of social cohesion is to fight exclusion and marginalization in a society and aim for equality and justice. The picture didn't do justice to the other five races of people of Guyana.
