If they can supplied spoiled mill to hospital patients, without any checks, then I would not be surprised if they ended up poisoning people (God forbid, it does not happen)

All I am saying is the they should take some kind of measure so that it does not re occur.

Spoilt milk can be used to make dahi and yogurt. It can be used also for fish and other animal food. Is it raw milk or ultra pasteurized?

Let me say from the outset that I am in no way minimizing the matter of spoilt milk being delivered to these institutions - that is grave in itself - but let's be fair, many of the social welfare systems have been broken for a very long time. For example, most of the milk and biscuits intended for public primary school kids have for years ended up in the hands of the people it was not intended for, like the teachers of the schools, to the detriment of the kids.  The people of Guyana are, in general, so passive and so accustomed to being denied what is due to them that few would say anything when things go wrong and even if they did oftentimes their complaints were ignored or swept under the rug. It is time to change these things. The incumbent government has a chance to correct these things now, let's see what and how they do. Everyone is watching and so far not much good is happening other than cleaning up filthy and smelly Georgetown.  

I believe BJ when he says that he recognises that his government had become disconnected from the needs of the people. I think he and the PPP will be a reformed and realistic force going into 2020 elections. If that is so, AND if this current government does right by the people, 2020 elections will be interesting, and then however it goes the masses of Guyana will benefit. Pie in the sky? I hope not.

Susan is absolutely correct. But unfortunately, it is a Pipe dream. THose who know the PNC will tell you they are like Dogs, they cant stop sucking eggs.
