One of the most talented and melodious singer of Pakistan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, is in big crisis these days because of rumors about his second wedding with a model Falak, spread by Indian Newspaper ‘Times Of India’. It was heard that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan divorced his first wife ‘Nida’ and married his long time girlfriend ‘Falak’. But do you know what Rahat Fateh Ali Khan says about this?

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan clarified about this scandal on media and contradicted this news. He said that he don’t know any model named ‘Falak’ and it’s a conspiracy about him as he is working on his new album these days and it will be mega hit album. He also added that his family gone hurt because of this news but as they have good understanding that’s why they believe on him.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is a nephew and son-in-law of (late) ‘Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’, legend of Pakistan. He has two daughters, Maheen Khan and Filza Khan, and a son, Shazmaan Khan.

Back2Love at IIFA

| The vocal power house and one of the most successful playback singer in Indian Film industry, our very own Rahat Fateh Ali Khan recently launched his latest album titled Back2Love at the prestigious IIFA awards ceremony which was held at Tampa Bay, Florida.back2love

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan remains to be one of the most successful export from Pakistan when it comes to making a name in Bollywood but last few years have not been really good for RFAK after a controversial episode at the Indian airport that left him stranded there for more than 24 hours. Since then he has not visited India but recently he hinted about his plans of visiting again the B-town next year.

Coming back to the launch of Back2Love, it is the first time that a musical launch of such type has happened at IIFA, and that too of a singer who has origins from Pakistan. The ceremony was a star studded affair attended by the top slot of Bollywood including Anil Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Priyanka Chopra who together showed some dance moves aswell.

There were some rumours that there is also going to be a collaboration with Priyanka Chopra on one of the tracks of the album but sources claim that this did not happen due to time constraints and other commitments of both the super stars. Still there is one song by “Rim Jhim” that will feature the singing sensation Shreya Ghoshal along with Rahat.rahat-fateh-ali

Back2Love is being jointly produced by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan himself along with Salman Ahmed. And the music has been given by the ace musician Sahir Ali Bagga who has already given lots of hits in collaboration with Rahat.

The album will mainly consist of love songs dealing with the subject of falling in love and subsequently falling out of love. And according to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, this album is perhaps his best work till date.

Seeing this his fans have definitely very high hopes from the album that is slated for release on 8th June. We wish and hope that this record of RFAK turns out to be yet another success in his long career of already amazing hits.

It was necessary that love was followed by separation

It was necessary that we circumambulate our desire

Magar phir aarzu'on ka bikharna bhi zaroori tha

But then shattering of desires was necessary as well.

 

Teriaankhon ke dariya ka utarna bhi zaroori tha

Was necessary that a river of tears flows from your eyes

 

Bataao yaad hai tumko woh jab dil ko churaya tha

When you feared to defer the prayers of the love

Magar ab yaad aata hai woh baatein thi mahaz baatein

But now I realize that they were only tall claims
Kahin baaton hi baaton mein mukarna bhi zaroori tha

It was necessary to break the promise somewhere;

My betrayal in love has made an infidel of me
Mili hain manzilein phir bhi musaafir the, musaafir hain

Even after achieving the goal I am still a wanderer;
Tere dil ke nikale hum kahan bhatke, kahan pahunche

Expelled from your heart I didn't reach anywhere
Magar bhatke toh yaad aaya bhatakna bhi zaroori tha

But when I wandered it was necessary to wander too
Mohabbat bhi zaroori thi bichhadna bhi zaroori tha

The love was necessary as the separation was too
Zaroori tha ki hum dono tawaaf-e-aarzoo karte

It was necessary that we both had lots of wishes
Magar phir aarzu'on ka bikharna bhi zaroori tha

But then falling of the wishes "was necessary too".
