So why is everyone advocating that the PPP give cabinet positions to the other two parties.That will be against the wishes of the people.The PPP did not run on the basis of a shared government, as far as I can recall.

First of all, you completely duck the question Dhall - as you know duck and dhall go well together Secondly, more than 51% of the voters, and 65% of all eligible voters did not vote PPP. That in and of itself makes shared governance a requirement. But that said, I believe it is futile to fight the PPP for it, since they will find all manner of ways for it not to work. And this is why my position is for us to get on with the business in Parliament.
