I am trying to find a photo of a Guyana Long Boots----no luck so far.
But give Wesco credit---they really styled up the Guyana Long Boots---and you can have them custom made---although they cost a pretty penny.

I owned a pair of long boots when I lived in Kitty in the 1980s. Rainfall flooded my landlord's yard often. With low water pressure I used his yard pipe to fill up my daily needs. The long boots were a great investment. Out of habit, I used to shake them out before inserting my feet. Just in case centipedes or other unfriendly creatures were cozying up in them.
Ther're called Wellingtons, sir
