Give redux aka Tarron Sunil Khemraj some praise---he knows the joint opposition(AFC/PNC) cannot make cuts to the PPP budget--the Guyana constitution says so---he also knows that if the AFC/PNC votes down the budget there will be elections---and in a snap election---there is a high probability the AFC/PNC will lose their majority in parliament.

Dude, the budget is getting the hatchet. It is padded with pork and none of the expenditures that they forced through on their own without consultation should be spared the axe. It is up to the President to suspend parliament and call an election.
The budget reads to me like an election preparedness document.
