My daughter is a doctoral candidate right now and when she was completing her application she had to submit a pdf of her SAT that she took in 2010 when she was in 10th grade. So she went online to College Board to buy one but they don’t keep so many years online which means that she would have to wait for them to mail it to her. The trouble is that she was close to her deadline to complete her application. Long story short the hurricane event caused her communication from the school to get delayed. But fortunately because I am a pack rat regarding my kids school stuff I told her that we should look in a box where I keep all their school awards etc and lo an behold I had her SAT results which I quickly scanned so she can upload it. UWI would have a similar demand on documentation before conferring anyone with a PhD otherwise everyone who graduated there effectively got a degree from a degree mill.

I know there will be a winner and a losing party at the end of the election. Guyana will still survive. Wake me up when we have a candidate that is strong and willing to unite the country and weed out the racial disease.
