More appropriate will be why Guyana can have another national election in under 2 months when they cant seem to have local govt elections, last held over 17 years ago!!! To the point where local govt has collapsed with interim management in place in many instances.

I believe this is precedent for them to form a coalition in the advent of any snap elections. It shows they are a practical group of politicans. Moses saw that they would lose their ACE, he withdrew, Trotman is appointed to all 5 years. This is a very good sign in my opinion.
