Kareena Kapoor was born to the biggest family in Bollywood i.e the RK family. She is the daughter of Babita Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor. She is also popularly known as 'Bebo' while her sister, Karisma Kapoor is known as 'Lelo'. As Kareena's parents marriage was full of ups and downs, her mother, Babita raised both the daughters all by herself.
It's been almost 16 years since Kareena Kapoor made her entry to Bollywood. She made her debut in 2000 with 'Refugee' opposite Abhishek Bachchan! Although, the film wasn't a big success but her performance in the movie was critically acclaimed. Kareena proved she's here to stay from her second film itself, 'Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai' as it was a box-office hit.
Although, after getting a wonderful start to her career, she did hit a few bumps. Movies like 'Yaadien', 'Asoka', 'Jeena Sirf Mere Liye' and more were a big flop. Yes, there were duds but there were movies that covered it up all. As Kareena marked her presence in Bollywood, her chemistry with Hrithik Roshan became a center of attraction for everyone. In movies like Mujhse Dosti Karoge and 'Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon', their chemistry was sizzling.If rumours are believed, they were in a relationship but as Hrithik was married to Suzanne at that time, their relationship couldn't take off!
After her role in 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' as 'Poo' and as 'Geet' in 'Jab We Met', she became one of the top actresses in Bollywood.
