A woman photographed this man boarding a US Airways flight days before University of New Mexico football player Deshon Marman was arrested after a dispute about his baggy pants with airline officials.

US Airways is defending its decision to allow a man wearing skimpy women's panties and high heels to fly days before a football player was arrested on a plane in California over a dispute over his saggy pants.

A passenger on a June 9 flight from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Phoenix took a photo of the scantily clad man, which she provided to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The man flew six days before University of New Mexico football player Deshon Marman was arrested on a US Airways flight in San Francisco over allegations he refused to pull up his pants.

A US Airways spokeswoman told the Chronicle employees were right not to ask the man on the Phoenix flight to cover himself but declined to comment on Marman's arrest.

Erection-Boosting Condom By Futura Medical And Reckitt Benckiser Nears EU Approval:

The so-called "Viagra condom" came another step closer to popping up on store shelves and in bedrooms on June 20 when Futura Medical, the product's maker, said the rubber was recommended for European Union approval, Reuters reported.

For now, the prophylactic is technically named the CSD500, but because it contains a gel designed to help men's erections last longer, it acquired the Viagra nickname.

The condom will be sold under the Durex brand, which is made by Reckitt Benckiser and could be approved within a month by the EU, Dow Jones reported.

If Futura gets an OK from the EU, the condom could be sold in 29 European countries.
