I listened to that speech carefully and I question as to who writes Moses speech.

Listen carefully and you will realize that this man was in opposition for too long. He is still behaving as if he is in the opposition.

He lacks Prime Ministerial qualities and sounds like a fisherman.

My friend owned a place where Jagdeo made an appearance while he was the president. The Secret Service came prior to the event and cased out the place to establish security protocols. They also questioned my friend before the event took place.

On any visit. Jagdeo was on a private visit when the US government provided Secret Service. They cannot afford to have a Head of State assassinated while visiting America.
