There may have been an incorrect association of machine hardware and software on the hard drive that caused an alien response to disable the belief of God during reset. This caused a hardware item to change its characteristics to something unrecognized by the computer's original design. Microsoft will not verify this because it would mean they believe in the schizophrenic's paranoia being able to change physical form. This change shows that the spirit does not know what physical changes will occur with what thought at what time. Tell us what is windows driver framework--you are not creating a driver during reset, right? Maybe the reset created a new driver or damaged a driver because of your thoughts not correlating with the physical because you can't see parts inside the computer and furthermore the functions of these parts are unknown with time. Another thing to consider is that the computer may need sex or sexual stimulation due to the soul of it associated with the earth--try watching a porn video on the computer. I am so sorry for you; I know how this mishap can break one's heart, especially when those that know of a solution to the problem they caused you will not say a word.

quick question, rather than buying a new MB, can I not buy a graphics card and put in.

Only thing is right now, nothing comes on, except the CPU fan. There is no LED light showing on the MB.

When I have to fix electronics I found that the first thing to check was the power supply for voltages with a multi-meter. I don't have any experience with fixing the circuitry of computers. The HP fix looks complicated that was posted for the MB (motherboard). Aren't motherboards a big expense? You have a lot of courage to attempt this.
