Casablanca is rated as one of the top movies ever made in the history of Hollywood.

I've been watching a lot of foreign and independent movies on netflix.
The Stoning of Soraya M is stuck in my head and has been bothering me....so don't watch that it's a Persian movie.
Trishna is another thought provoking movie I saw. Frieda Pinto is in that.

I agree and often times they abuse it. There about five Magnificent Seven movies.
Another really good Japanese move is The Thirteen Assassins, but the brutally of the evil lord might turn off some people.

A good recent movie is "Dallas Buyers Club" - relive the fear of AIDS in the 80s and early 90s.
