This man is repairing a telephone line running above that woman's roof in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Under the umbrella he probably enjoys better working conditions than a GPL linesman in Guyana.

He must have to wait like 5-6 hours for them to turn on the power at the Tel Exchange to see if the phone gonna work. If it doesn't then he coming back tomorrow.

That's a disgraceful slur against the Cuban worker. The Cuban guy is working. A Guyanese would be liming.

I am trying to get approval to go to Cuba on a sports mission. Hope visa comes through. Canadians have no problems.
