Now that’s the correct approach. Don’t address each post. Don’t sweat. Just be more neutral and Things will start falling in place. I agree about addressing  the name calling and you have to reassure posters about confidentiality. Change is difficult on both the owner and members. Walk slowly and take advice from Ray and Amral. They know GNI best.
