I am hoping someone knows this person.  He is from the Scarborough area at McCowan and Pitfield Road.

Trying to find him urgently. Thanks

Indira, I don't know if this helps but there is a roti hut there maybe they might know of him. One of my old hoods.

Thank you. He stole $20,000 from my brother. He was reported to the police as well. Leave him to Karma. Cannot believe this world has such heartless inhumane people. He drives a truck with the money he stole.

Hey Indi, how was this issue resolved? You should get the licence plate number and post it.

I am guessing the boys are all grown up!

Hello there, it has been a while. Hope you are keeping well. The boys are taller than me and doing pretty good.

This guy is a such a fraudster, he scammed dozens of people. He has been reported to the police and is being investigated. He was reported to CRA, BBB, fraud department.

Sadly some of the people he robbed is so ashamed that they do not want to report him. Karma will get him.

Agreed Indi…

in 1992 a fellow from east coast borrowed $250k Guyana from my brother. He paid back 25k in 1993. Sadly my brother passed away by accident in nov 1993. Few mths later my parents, my uncle and my cousin went to the borrower’s  house to make arrangements to collect the money. That man told my parents that “ Danny dead, me don’t you me bin owe him and he dead so me don’t owe nobody”

not long after he had an accident and lost his vision ( he lives in Toronto and plays the drums at mandirs )

in 1995 someone called my home looking for donations to help him with eye surgery etc…the moment I heard his name my blood pressure went up so I said, tell him to take the money he robbed Danny’s parents and buy his sight🙁

Been a long time can't recall . There was a gang with the ring leader from Vergenoegen who carried out those acts.

Yes, my brother managed to shoot and injure blackie…out of the five one was killed ( the gun only had 2 bullets) those guys fired over 300 shots into our yard as they tried to shoot my brother ( his time was not then…he was  24 then💔💔😢) He also helped to capture them in holes under kitchen cupboards

Sadly, my mom still has shrapnel in her head ( or metal unknow object according to scans)

RIP my one and only Max

Life is not fair especially when bad things happen to good people.

Hope mom is doing okay.

Mom is kinda ok. She had her booster shot on Thursday and was fine but got fever and body aches last night. She lives alone now so it’s worrisome.

how are ur parents?

Parents are doing okay. Getting down in age, trying to survive through these trying times.

Still at that place? I passed by on my way to the rouge hiking trails and I always think of you and that health scare.
how are YOU doing indi?

Good morning Cain,

Yes that creep still robbing people. But the end of the rope almost there.

Chami, I am still at the same place. My entire family had the Covid.  We all had various degrees of symptoms. Myself, mom and dad had the brunt of it.

We are grateful to make it🙏🙏🙏

Indi, thank God that you all got over this crazy virus. Is everyone back to ‘normal’?  Please share how the illness affected you all, what symptoms you had.  Some folks still say “ it’s just a flu”.

5 of my relatives in UK got it last yr April and one is still having breathing issues.

about that scampma…. Moon a run ‘till day ketch um!

W

Chami, this virus is very strange. I have seen multiple family members dying from it.  Some people are in denial that it exists despite the mortality rate, some people said it is man made, so much controversy. The test results all came back positive.

I can only speak from my family experience.  Whatever it was, we had varying symptoms and no except my husband who had his first shot at that time were vaccinated.

My older son did not have any symptoms at all; my younger son lost his smelll and taste for about a week, hubby I cannot remember but he was not that sick.  My dad, mom and myself had lots of aches and pain like the flu, some breathing problems, oxygen below 95 a lot of times. It lasted for almost two weeks.  Thank god we fully recovered.

We drank lots of fluids, gatorade, soups, ginger concoction, coconut water, zinc supplements and prayers seemed to have helped.

Oh my!! I just asked about Indira on another thread and then I noticed this one.....and lo and behold....it is Indira.

Good to hear you and family made it through your bout with covid.

And it's good to see you back on the forum.

Villagebelle

Indira, all's well here with my growing family (both my kids are married and I have 5 grandkids)

Yes, at this stage in life we have to be thankful for life and all that we have that make our life easy and comfortable.

I remember your 2 boys - I believe that you took them with you to one of our meet up.  They must be all grown up now.

Well I wish his sons nothing but the best. I hope that they will never rob poor old people and their lives are blessed.

I believe that fella paid his own dues…as we all do
