the easy answer is this.  Blacks see themselves as Guyanese who happen to be black.  Indians see themselves as Indians who happen to be Guyanese.

Draw from that as you will but it is quite clear that the two groups have a very different view of what being "Guyanese" is and how it relates to their ethnicity.  Just start a discussion on "Douglarization" and see how this goes.

Where Essequibo is concerned, Venezuela's opposition parties are not different from Maduro. ALL of them want Essequibo. That is why the ICJ must settle this dispute in Guyana's favour.

And you must tell Jagdeo to stop exchanging secret messages with Maduro.  His behavior after he lost in 2015 was an abomination. When Maduro went on the attack against Guyana in international forums the two of them were both describing the new gov't as being an illegal US installed puppet regime.

His behavior was in poor taste and at no point did he tell Maduro to butt out of Guyana's business.  Guyanese spoke and rejecting the PPP in 2015, just as they rejected the PNC in 1992.  Catering to Maduro's lunacy and enhancing his claims in international forums is why many see the PPP as suspect when it comes to how they view Guyana.  Is their patriotism only visible when they rule Guyana?  Many will say "yes".

Guyana in no way can match Venos military, at least not now. We have to play the diplomatic card.  However, Guyana needs to maintain a credible deterrent.  

When the PPP takes over they should start conscription and prepare for anything.  Guyana also needs to reach out to the Cubans and Russians while keeping close to the Americans, brits and Brazilians.

As far as many in the PPP are concerned Guyana is only Guyana under the PPP.  If not "dem Spanish people can come in and rule!"

Where did I mention blacks raping indos?  There is a difference between PNC goons and Blacks in general. RK killed off a PNC army of goons, irrelevant of race.
