See now that's the frigging bullshit they're still pushing on people after saying the vaccine ain't working hence numerous boosters plus the fact the "newer" virus doesn't care about the vaccine. Why don't they pound it into people when they are sick stay da fk home and stop spreading the flu?  A barcode on a so called health passport does not stop a flu just..stay da fk home.

Read again. You are misquoting what the Government health officials are saying.

"Government health officials have emphasized that vaccines and boosters remain the best way to avoid serious illness."

There is a chance that you can contract the virus even if you're vaccinated though the odds are less than for an unvaccinated person. What the health officials are telling you is that you are much less likely to get SERIOUSLY ill or DIE if you are vaccinated. This is borne out by the statistics which tell us that upwards of 95% of those dying and getting seriously ill are unvaccinated people. The health officials are not telling us that you can't get the virus if you're vaccinated. That is a misconception being peddled by the anti vaxxer community.

You have to show proof of your vaccination before you can enter the sports meet.

Earlier today, a niece of one of our customers who died last year stopped in to collect some items we had repaired for him. She told us a heart attack was the cause and when asked to have an autopsy she was told " there is no need, he is in his early eighties." His dad passed away at 104 and they always joked about him doing the same so maybe he should hook up with an ole lady.

Her reason for the request was because he had received his booster prior. Now you would think in these times this should be approved just to be certain of the reason.
