Stabroek News has published all the SOPs it was able to collect for Region 4. The PPP has published theirs. Why don’t GECOM and the APNU+AFC publish theirs also?

Stabroek News is publishing hereunder 116 Statements of Poll (SoPs) that it collected in Region Four on the night of the March 2nd general elections and the days following.

The SoPs are in the form of photographic images and pertain to the general election and not the regional election.

The images of the SoPs were collected by reporters from the newspaper who visited numerous polling places across the country as part of the customary effort of providing early results to the public.

At a number of locations visited in Region Four SoPs were not available as compounds were locked.

The SoPs are being released in part because of the controversy that has erupted over the declaration of results for Region Four without the use of SoPs and for comparison with other copies that should be in the possession of the political parties and GECOM.

@Django. You regurgitate the PNC fake results that they feed you daily without any evidence to show for it. At least there is consistency in the numbers between Stabroek news and PPP. You speculate base on trends from previous elections. The problem with that is, you did NOT take into account that the people were not given the “good life” under APNU and therefore voted for CHANGE. This screwed up your model since it assumes that people remained loyal to APNU and which isn’t case.

The only fake results to date, are the one declared by the PPP/C .

No one controls or feed info to Django ,if you know other wise prove it.

The minuscule results of over 2k ballot boxes ,doesn't say much of the voting trends.

It is what you pass off as analysis.

You are afraid of strong opinions that you cannot counter.

You mentioned you were going to take a look at the PPP results ,did you get around it ? can you tell what you found ?

LOL ,on the last sentence .

What are the numbers regarding ethnicity in Guyana and what did each of the major parties get. Explain any disparity between the ethnicity of the party and what votes they get. Who voted for the AFC in the 2012 and 2011 elections? What percentage is the swing vote and how did you determine that?

My point is -Never make absolute Statements! Without standing on solid grounds.

Budday ,do some work the data are public information. If i can find them,me think can do the same.

I have data on 2011 and 2015 elections results for each ballot box across the 10 regions from GECOM. 2012 data on population of each village across the country from Guyana Bureau of Statistics. The information can be used to determine voting patterns across the country.

Also there are data on the Education level of the population ,housing, family size ,etc.

I shared the information with two Professors at Universities.

Dj. I have been very busy doing 12 hours shifts for quite a while now so the free time I thought that I had has evaporated. I get home, get something to eat and get some rest for another long day. Lots of time later. Depending on what happens in Guyana concerning the virus. When I have something that I am comfortable sharing, I will do so.

Regarding the ethnicity issue. You missed the point I was trying to raise by asking the info and making the statement. It asks those who argue of race based voting to re-examine their hypothesis, away from a unidimensional and simplistic level to something that is dynamic, historical and multidimensional. Had I the time to delve more into this. I would have. Also,  social media is not where I want to have such a discussion..

Their default retreat is race. It’s the low hanging fruit to avoid facing facts. Truth is, with the landslide victory of the PPP, they have attracted a sizable non-base supporters. PPP crushed it.

The trend is there ,we can't hide the facts .The issues are how can the population be convinced to change their mindset .

That’s what you chose to believe. I fits with your agenda. I saw many Afro youths in red dancing on the streets the evening of the elections. Who are you to know more than the observers on the ground and people like Dominic Gaskin.  How about the Afro youth interviewed during the ballot watch?  He said many friends voted PPP but cannot tell the older folks.  Does he work for Mercury?

Were you not absolutely convinced that the NCV would fail?  You have no basis for your positions, you throw spaghetti and see what sticks!  And when it don’t, you look for a reason why you could be right regardless how ludicrous!

Validate the ballots and stop the guessing.

You have no credibility what so ever.  What Gilly stated before quitting was on point.

Instead of the regular ramblings ,dispute with the facts ,i am sure you have the ability to do such.

Speaking of credibility ,always tugging on someone shirt tail ,perhaps you need do some introspection. The more you open your mouth ,you are proving to be an empty press-a-footer.

Can you please share these results that you have at hand.

Sorry but I don't consider the information about missing ballot box counts from North/South Georgetown results. Thanks

Check GECOM website for the 9 Regions declared results. Hopefully you have detailed data on the population of every village and the 2020 Voters list.
