1.  Most will not in parliament.

2.  Those who do will be tokens, because they serve at the pleasure of the President.  That cannot do what some MPs in the Caribbean do, and that is leave parliament, taking their constituency with them.

Now name the SENIOR MINISTERS and HEADS of govt agencies, committees and corporations.  If that is too hard for you name the black ones.  Don't bother name Rohee as he is Indian identified.

The true test as to whether the PPP is racist or not are whether there is diversity in WHO HAS CLOUT.   NAME THE BLACKS WHO HAVE CLOUT!

Of 11 ministries of any significance only 2 are blacks, Public Service and Public Works.  I do not think that Afro Guyanese think highly of Robeson Benn, and they think that Webster is useless.

Of the state corporations and commissions, including Bank of Guyana and the G/town Hospital Corporation I found only ONE headed by a black, Geology & Mines.

So can you tell us why so few Africans are deemed by the PPP to be competent and professional enough to play a role in decision making?

Let me reiterate what apparently bounces off your thick skull to this point. One cannot simply disavow ones ethnicity. In any event, if he could why is there a big fuss about who is on the list? Any of those could simply switch their declared ethnicity which ever way they chose and the problem is solved. You cannot have both side of the argument.

The overriding point is that the Coalition is working for the removal of the PPP and the installation of a govt of racial and national unity.
