Mets weren't supposed to be in the World Series and while we could have been celebrating last night (if we got those late innings outs) they look like a solid team. The starting pitching is awesome and hopefully will stay intact for a while. With a few improvements they can try again next year. That starting pitching is truly solid. Good luck next year.

Mets lost up the middle...go back and check..

that said they were beaten by a much better team...actually it was only fitting the the best team in baseball won the championship...

I agree that the Royals played more fundamental baseball. But I like this Mets team. They are very young and can only go up.
