If she was of east Indian descent then she was murdered by an east Indian. Few East Indian women have ever been murdered in Guyana by anyone other than East Indian men.

Why is this an important point to emphasize? Most likely she was murdered by someone known to her. Is "East Indian" being used as a means of polarizing?

The point remains that the PPP has no clue on how to solve crime, and the massacre continues. It's worst now than under the old PNC.
