Reports are coming in of 2 deaths of Indo-Caribbeans on the Grand Central in NY this morning. The driver is said to hit the guard rail and the car flipped. Two persons died and three were injured. One was an Anil Persaud. If you have more information please post it.
Two teen parents were killed and four people were injured after a boozy driver racing down a Queens thoroughfare at 120-mph crashed early Saturday, law enforcement sources said.
Madosh Hansraj, 20, was speeding down the Grand Central Parkway when he lost control in Jamaica Estates and slammed into a guardrail shortly before 4 a.m., the sources said.
Three teens β Meera Dukharan, 17; Anil Persaud, 18; and a 17-year-old boy β were ejected from the backseat of the packed car, cops said.

The accident occurred on the eastbound side of the Grand Central Parkway.
Dukharan landed near the dividing wall. Persaud vaulted over and hit the ground on the shoulder of the westbound lanes, cops and witnesses said.

A 19-year-old driver said he came upon the grisly wreck after hitting a tire from the mangled 1996 Honda Civic.

βThatβs what was so disturbing,β the driver said of seeing a passengerβs remains. βIt was pure shock.β
Dukharan and Persaud β a couple who had a 1-year-old daughter, Meya Persaud β died before medics arrived at the scene near 188th St.
βI canβt believe sheβs gone,β Dukharanβs sister, Orvina, told the Daily News. βI just want it to be a dream.β

Persaudβs sister, Nalini, said her younger sibling recently dropped out of high school for an auto-body job to support his daughter, Meya.
βHe loved her very much,β said Nalini Persaud, 32. βHe loved his family ... He took care of his family.β

The mother and grandmother of Meera Dukharan,17, grieve for Meera, who died in the crash.
The 17-year-old who was found outside the crumpled car was rushed to New York Hospital Queens in serious condition.
A 21-year-old man who was also in the backseat and a 19-year-old man were taken to the same hospital with minor injuries.

Hansraj, of Queens Village, had minor injuries β but was treated at the scene and taken to the 107th Precinct. He was later booked on a litany of charges that included manslaughter, assault and criminally negligent homicide.
Cops also slapped him with driving while ability impaired, because a Breathalyzer showed his blood-alcohol content to be above 0.06% β but did not exceed the 0.08% legal limit, sources said.
The group of friends had just left Michaelβs Side Pocket, a pool hall in Richmond Hill, before the horrific wreck.
"They were good friends,β Nalini said of her brother and the driver.
A woman who was leaving the hospital in the late afternoon said her son was recovering from his injuries.
βHe was sleeping, he doesn't know what happened," said the woman, who didnβt want to be identified. "He's throwing up right now, they're not sure if maybe he has some internal injuries.β
