I thought the speaker was already choosen, so that's another dream for moses and his supporters went amissed.

He is BEST qualified for the Speaker's Position but after what happened to Goamattie and what is currently going on inside, I doubt he will even be an MP. Did you read the Article where the MAJORITY of the Patry Members are questioning his LOYALTY????

Amral, if he cares can affirm that in the close to 15 years of being on this site I have never asked for anyone to be banned. That again is your usual habit to speak before you mind has processed the relevance of your thinking, if ever you do. As for lies, that comes easy for you since you live by making shit up.

Months before the elections Trotman attempted a disappearing act by claiming he was very ill and could no longer serve the party by being at the helm. Why suddenly this dude has all the energy to make all sorts of accusations against PPP and dictating who should be part of the AFC's parliamentary team?? It makes me suspicious of the motive behind his claim of illness just prior to elections. It could've been a strategy to make the Indos feel he is no longer there and the AFC has somehow become a breakaway faction of the PPP representing Indo interest at heart. If that was the strategy, then it certainly worked in favor of the PNC. Of course, these types of tactic usually comes to light very quickly and the electorate usually adjust their loyalty to suit their best interest. The AFC could survive another round in 2016 but don't count on it., The PPP has already embarked on a campaign to bring support loss in Nov. 28 and theyre are also tackling problems associated with dissension and dissatisfaction within the upper echelon of the party. It will take some work but it will be done much to the pleasure and displeasure of many.

Yes it was to fool the PPP that they could take the Indian vote for granted and lavish sweeties to blacks who they thought too stupid to know the disdain that they are held by the PPP.

Well Afros took the sweeties and free concerts and voted APNU...smaller numbers AFC. And many Berbice Indos fled the PPP running behind Nagamootoo.

The PPP was left looking stupid and shocked. They still cant get over the fact that increasing numbers of Indos no longer feel owned by the PPP and that blacks arent stupid as they thought they were.

Lets see how the next five years goes. The AFC has another chance to develop itself into an independent party with its own base of support. They will have to aggressively fight against PPP corruption, ensure that corrupt PPP ministers pay for their crimes, and crony deals are torn up...especially that Jagdeo pension.

If they can do this then they will earn true support from Guyanese voters.
