Dear Editor;

While there is a two (2) trestle head table setup with a camera and screen, with four (4) seating places for staff, the distance to the first row of seats for stakeholders and observers is some fifteen (15) feet. The observed seating matrix is 3 by 4 making for the distance to the last row of seating from the table to be at least forty feet!
The presence of the screen to project the packages, ballots and other materiel does not really help because the fixed camera capture area is relatively small to ascertain the true condition of packages, ballots and the ultimate storage or fate of all items received and processed.

Perhaps, the arrangement is for the stakeholders and observers to be "squinting their eyes"  to get a wee wee weeeee glimpse of what is happening at the tabulation table(s).

E+64: In the end, observing and tabulating the recount of ballot box number 4193 of polling division 413411 A, I must say that the process is very transparent and the results so far are credible.

Ayuh Coolies don’t get excited. PNC putting ayuh on for the big play. Remembuh, The entire election went well, the tabulation went well, then walla, PNC saw the the train coming and all hell break lose. 

The PNC, along with Fraudette and her underlings, got big surprise in store.

Ok point there Baseman. The only difference this time is that region 4 recount will be done ahead of some of the other regions is I understand correctly. We can then deduce from the region 4 recount result and the initial  counts from the other 9 regions who won the elections.

Each ballot paper is projected on a large television and all observers and tally agents can individually tally the votes. All tabulations are compared at the end. Every party agent present in the room gets to sign off on the Statement of Recount (SoR) and handed a copy. Kudos to GECOM.

Excellent and transparent process.

While the it will be a long one, should this step continues to the end, it will be thus be open to all.

Let such steps continue.

Why Gecom staff allowed it? There almost 5 persons in the polling area, the name of the person is called out loud and ID card is displayed for the others to acknowledge and a line is drawn through the name.

Apparently there was some foresight and forward planning before the death of Emanuel William. His dead was register the same day he die. Quite remarkable in Guyana.

How did the PPP screwtineers allow the dead to vote?

It seems GECOM & the Police is taking instructions from Congress Place.

Message below was  send out by a polling agent. 

Political parties do not conduct elections, GECOM does. Political parties have scrutineers that observe, overlook, and verify the process. GECOM staff and party scrutineers themselves would have to be compromised. Who did the assume dead vote for.... PNC was prepared in advance with a dead certificate. If the recourse in winning this election is death certificates & immigration records, I hope they are able to find about 18,000 of them... their first attempt is wrong. 

In any event, it was proven that there is more than one Emanuel ( the attachment  are posted above) WRONG NAME. Even in the most efficient advance countries, the birth certificates are not registered on the same day of the death but in the PNC system this was done. 

10:25hrs - The coalition counting agent in my workstation is again trying to see if some names are ticked off. She has a list of names of several persons that have migrated or died. A GECOM superior is being called in, waiting.

10:41hrs - permission given to call the serial numbers next to the names. They are being called at the moment, and it's a lot.
