I saw Smarties a few times at the West Indian store. I don't know if they still carry them.
Someone said that they do not sell there, so I was curious

Now I have to be sure to watch for it. It's ever present at the checkout counter!
My boys use to like it but not anymore so I don't buy it now.
Smarties is a US candy company.
