Interesting point.  They do have much better frontline aircrafts!  Why they sent it Mig21s?   However, I doubt Modi will be telling the military how to fight.  The Indian military is an institution separate and apart from any Govt in India!  As long as the fight is on, they decide on the what and how!

Someone is making some big money from this Kashmir conflict. For example;why does Pakistan need to buy 14 F16 multirole fighter planes from Jordan when Jordan is selling out their F16 fighter planes so that they can replace them with stealth multirole fighter planes. Pakistan already has access to the latest Chinese made stealth multirole fighter planes plus they had 89 F 16 fighter planes already why do they need 14 more used planes from Jordan.  India is the only country in the world who still uses the British attack Jaguar Fighter planes. This is how the Pakistan Army operates according to the terrorists. If the Pakistan Army is to attack terrorists in an area then they will tip off the terrorists about the time that they will attack. They usually do this the day before. So only those terrorists who are either dumb, slow or plain very crazy are usually left in the area to fight the Pakistan Army.
