Silly man; you are actually the one in clown gear here with the nonsense above. NSA does not censor anyone. It surveil suspects and has the capacity to gather personal data that you fools give up to google, yahoo and facebook etc. freely. Further, phone meta data is not about listening in to ones calls. The dictatorship reference is you doing your clown dance.
