In the regions of Canada that use daylight saving time, it begins on the second Sunday of March at 2 am and ends on the first Sunday in November at 2 am which is November 03.

Thanks Amral.

Experts are saying:

  • Reset your clocks even a couple of days before the change to get yourself in the mindset.
  • Go to bed earlier leading up to the change.
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol ....

I am not a fan of the time change either......my body takes forever to adjust.

Loving the Fall weather so far!!

Still have some flower plants to clean up in the back yard. Front yard is all done.

All leaves raked and lawn given the final mowing!

Not ready for winter though.
