I say there ought to be a court order to seal the boxes and stay the swearing in and demand a court adjudicated recount. The areas where they cheated would be revealed.  I hope they have dead people to fill those places.

The observers have in their possession the signed SOP for verification. 

Basil Williams make a statement that Gecom can change any commitment and does not have to agree with any binding agreement between Gecom and the observers.
