I feel the recount figures should be used and PPP be declared the winner. All objections or questions should then be dealt with by way of a petition.

Lolo should be fired or suspended.

You like that word EH!

Granger remain silently as his supporters and government officials attack the PM. She fulfilled her part of the agreement and now left her at the mercy of the hoods. A total disgrace to Guyanese travelling to Caribbean countries.... thanks to PNC and their supporters.
The  Caribbean Ambassador said Sanctimonious Gangster to Granger...

The recount was the election petition. An election petition calls for returning to the boxes, which was already done. Fraud was identified and have been dealt with.

Whether CCJ is for or against, President Granger will be sworn in. If that means leaving CARICOM, so be it. We can enjoy that subsidized oil with African and South American nations.

Mottley needs to redirect her focus on developing Barbados' economy which still heavily relies on tourism.

HEHEHE Barbados is doing 1000 times better than Guyana and yes Einstein Barbados has been/is and always have Tourism as a significant part of their GDP. Talk about trying to reinvent the light bulb!!!!!!!!!!

Lolofield has no authority to tamper with the votes, the poling stations had scrutineers, that's their job also the returning officers verify the results of each station. Lolofield committed election fraud, that is a criminal act and should be dealt with in an unbiased court.

I'm not a dummy. Your post will be reported.

Secondly, while the law calls for there be an election petition after a declaration was made, the actions of GECOM, President Granger and Jagabat have override such laws taking effect. Meaning, that by actually starting the recount, it prevents any option for there to be an election petition on the basis of the recount.

A declaration should have been made with Lowenfield's original numbers, then a recount should have followed. Now that we have went into the boxes before a petition, that no longer remains an option for any aggrieved party. Jagabat knows this, and is the very reason why he is going to the highest court of the Caribbean to deal with such matters, hoping that they can prove the Court of Appeal never had jurisdiction to hear and rule on the matter.

That sounds like a reasonable idea. But that's like turning on the gas in your apartment or house with all windows shut and lighting a match.

What if Exxon Mobil cap the wells, then Guyana hold wood.

Granger and cabal are betting heavily on the oil revenue, America still has control on the flow, but Guyana is has to pay the recovery costs.

Use of that word towards Rochelle is unacceptable.

While the word is generally used by some individuals; the reference to Rochelle is uncalled-for.

Also, while there will be differing views, males must always be respectful to females.

You are saying that the dicktater will bully his way to the presidency. Why does he not do this now? What is he waiting for? COVID-19 to be eliminated? Wouldn't it be better for the country if he announces that he will install himself as president for life? Don't count on any oil money.

Leaving CARICOM will make Forbes Burnham turn in his mausoleum. CARICOM was his brainchild.

You can enjoy that subsidized oil? Not with sanctions looming. Just watch how Uncle Sam is squeezing the Maduro government in "oil-rich" Venezuela next door.

Justice Adrian Saunders in absolutely correct.

Guyana's Chief Elections Officer has made his personal decision on the election.

Justice Adrian Saunders along with the other Justices can render their decisions on the matter that are presented to them.

Jamaican Shanique Myrie Wins $3.6 Million Against Government Of Barbados.

For airport detention and refused entry of a CARICOM national. But not for the sexual search she experienced.

It looks like Barbados airport have a Jamaican bench too.

We [the CCJ] CANNOT UNDO what was done by the chief election officer [Keith Lowenfiled]. The guy did something and they say they cannot change it.

Was he not supposed to file a report based on his personal knowledge,[whose knowledge it its, if its  not his own] by following the evidence and required guidelines. Was this not a requirement of his job. But how it is accepted, is another matter.

Tola

It is not for the Caribbean Court of Justice - CCJ - to undo anything Keith Lowenfield or others have done.

CCJ is to make decisions on the matter before them.

The country in question needs to follow the decision, as the CCJ is the final step in the legal process.

Maybe the coalitions has plans to use the oil revenue to transform Guyana for the benefit of all Guyanese. The last government that was in office benefit themselves. Don't you remember?

Have you heard about Prado Ville? It was the opposition who hijacked the land at Sparendaam, renamed it Prado Ville and sold these prime lands below market value to their elite, land worth over $20 million was sold for $1.5 million to their elite, their families and friends.

How about Ranjisinghi 'Bobby' Ramroop, the opposition allegedly flouted all procurement laws and purchased all drugs for the New Amsterdam and Georgetown health facilities from Bobbi’s health care company thereby earning Bobby several billion Guyana dollars annually. Bobby, who seemed to be divinely connected to the opposition General Secretary just kept cashing in on sweetheart deals; for example, the Sanata Textile Mill, which was government property consisted of 18.976 acres of land and several buildings were sold to Ramroop for $697.8 million but it was valued over one billion Guyana dollars.

You hear about Amalia Fall, the opposition awarded the Amalia Falls Hydro Project to the tune of US860M to Makeshwar "Fip" Motilall, a person who, evidence revealed, owned a "Poojah Store" which sold Indian garments and a grocery store in Miami, Florida. ‘Fip’ who was nothing but a nominee or front-man, a puppet, with no experience in the field of Hydro Electricity, who consciously sold his licence to build the Amalia Falls Hydro Electric Plant to Sithe Global, which is a part of the Blackstone Venture Capital group, for US$12M. 'Fip' and the opposition cohorts made or should I say, robbed Guyanese taxpayers US$12M which is two billion, five hundred and twenty million Guyana dollars for doing absolutely nothing, but merely selling the rights to build a national asset to a foreign company.

Remember it was the opposition who opposed having DEA office setup in Guyana.

Honestly, I would have prefer another party in power other than APNU/AFC or PPP/C but since life has dealt us these two power house, I have to go with the APNU/AFC base on what they have accomplished for the past 4+ years. I do hope Granger keep his promise to provide an  annual dividend from oil and gas revenues to the Guyanese people.

Jamaican and CARICOM national  Shaique  Myrie wins a $3.5M case against CARICOM Barbados, because she was refused entry into a Barbados, a CARICOM country. And not because she was sexually searched at the Barbados airport. After this case, many Canadian groups cancelled their trips to Barbados. Bhai do some research.
