As I noted earlier, it will not work. The international observers can predict the changed data will correspond to every place there is and observable change of number and tampering with the boxes. It will also show unreasonable data spikes for all of those regions where the SOPS are padded. This is just another delaying tactic. The old snake came out with new skin last night claiming he will speak to his commissioners and advise he want a count. Unfortunately, if the PPP's additions are precise and they used a spreadsheet so they could not be far wrong; they have to steal more than 200 per box. If so they will barely win and the small party will gain a seat.
I go into meetings, emerge, check GNI and pages have been added, cannot keep up!

The European Union Election Observation Mission wants to play a role in helping to verify the Statements of Polls for Region Four.
The EU has written GECOMâs Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo, asking to help verify Region Fourâs SoPs.
The request was made yesterday by the mission to Clairmont Mingo, Returning Officer of Region Four, Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM).
The request came as criticisms were raised in some quarters over the increasing raised voices of the observersâ mission.
At least one GECOM Commissioner, Vincent Alexander, believes that overseas actors should not be interfering.
However, Alexander Matus, Deputy Chief Observer, of the Mission, in his letter to Mingo, indicated interest in examining SoPs.
âPursuant to Section 4 (1) and (3) of the General Elections (Observers) Act, as well as Section 6,7, 8 and 9 of the Administrative Arrangement between the Delegation of the European Union in Guyana and the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, I am hereby requesting to examine the Statement of Polls based on which you have prepared the spreadsheet of results before the ascertainment of results for Region Four is completed,â the letter of request said.
The EU would have fielded one of the biggest overseas mission for the March 2 elections, hailed as the one of the most critical in the history of Guyana.
At stakes for the incoming government is the control of the oil and gas sector.
The Coalition, led by the incumbent President, David Granger, believes it has won.
So does the main Opposition- the Peopleâs Progressive Party/Civic.
It has been 12 days now since the elections with laws requiring a 15-day deadline for the announcement of results.
There has not been any because of challenges to Region Four. Regions One to Ten, excluding Region Four, have been announced with the Peopleâs Progressive Party/Civic, which lost in 2015, in a lead with over 50,000.
Attorney-at-Law, Charles Ramson Jnr. has filed criminal proceedings against Region Four Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo and APNUâs Volda Lawrence for the alleged forging of documents so as to defraud the Nation. The particulars of the offense state that Mingo, having been procured by Lawrence on or about March 5 at the Command Centre for the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) on High and Hadfield Streets, uttered to the Chief Elections Officer (CEO), Keith Lowenfield, the results for Region Four, knowing it to be forged, with intent to defraud the people of Guyana.

More controversy enveloped Guyanaâs general election results, resulting in a walkout by western diplomats from the tabulation process at the Region Four Returning Office.
Returning Officer for Region Four, Clairmont Mingo Friday morning began using Statements of Poll to tabulate results for the March 2, 2020 general elections, ahead of a contempt of court proceedings.
At 10:07 am, top western diplomats from Britain, United States, Canada and the European Union left the Returning Office. âYes, we are leaving. Weâll put out a statement,â Canadaâs High Commissioner to Guyana, Lilian Chattejee told Demerara Waves Online News/News Talk Radio Guyana.
Nigel Hinds of Change Guyana political party accused the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) of being complicit in stealing the elections and raping the democracy by inflating votes for A Partnership for National Unity+Allliance For Change (APNU+AFC). Hinds said that a clerk, in the presence of the Returning Officer, continued to read the purported results without entertaining objections.
âThey refused to give us a viewing of the Statements of Poll they are reading from. They have constructed that to increase their votes by whatever is needed ,â Hinds said. He said, âitâs not an authentic Statement of Poll they are reading from. â
Sources close to the Peopleâs Progressive Party (PPP) say after a more-than-half-hour meeting with representatives of political parties and observers, Mingo began using the Statements of Poll.
Of the 879 polling stations, 421 have already been tabulated and 458 are remaining. The Citizenship Initiativeâs Rondha-Ann Lam earlier Friday said that the Returning Officer had decided to restart the process rather than continue.
Mingo and others of GECOM are expected to personally appear in the High Court in a contempt of court proceedings brought against them for failing to use the Statements of Poll but instead using a pre-prepared spreadsheet on Thursday.
That tabulation process was suspended on Thursday due to strenuous objections, paving the way for GECOM Chairman Claudette Singh to obtain and study the Chief Justiceâs decision on the substantive matter.
Police have cordoned off streets around the Region Four Returning Officerâs Office located in the Ashminâs Building at High and Hadfield streets. GECOM is no longer using the front door but a western side entrance to the building.
Unlike Thursday, diplomats were allowed to observe the tabulation process.

Chair of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Justice (retâd) Claudette Singh, yesterday suspended the tabulation of votes from the Region 4 district.
According to reports, the suspension had occurred in an effort to clarify the ruling handed down by Chief Justice, Roxane George-Wiltshire. It was stated that the Chair was waiting to peruse the written judgment that was made by the CJ.
By last evening, the Guyana Elections Commission announced that the tabulation would restart today at 09:00 hours.

On Wednesday, the Chief Justice issued an order for the Returning Officer (RO) for District Four, Clairmont Mingo, to return to the legally prescribed procedure for tabulating the votes for Region Four after she deemed the previously declaration to be unlawful on the grounds that the tabulation used to arrive at it was in breach of the law.
However, when the process restarted on Thursday morning, the RO sought out to use a spreadsheet, which was objected to by all political parties, except the APNU+AFC Coalition.
Opposition-appointed Commissioner, Sase Gunraj, said, âThe RO, Mingo, is refusing to use or present Statements of Poll to ascertain the total number of votes cast in favour of each contesting party.
âHe is instead attempting to use a spreadsheet, which is a clear breach of the tenets of Sec 84(1) of the Representation of the Peopleâs Act, Cap 3:01.â
The CJ handed down a consequential order that is in the best interest of transparency, but taking into consideration the need for urgency, the RO is to decide whether the process of ascertaining the total number of votes cast in favour of each list in the district by adding up the votes recorded in favour of the list in accordance with the Statement of Polls delivered, should be restarted or continued.

I left the Courtroom of Hon. Chief Justice Roxane George about half an hour ago, with a clear understanding!
She stated, quite firmly, that the Returning Officer was required to display, for the benefit of persons present during the ascertaining process, the copies of the Statements of Poll upon which he was relying.
This was made clear to all present, including the RO Mingo and Justice Claudette Singh, Chairman of the Elections Commission.
I hurriedly returned to the RO4 office.
To my utter shock, officers are ploughing on with the opaque âcalling outâ process AND RO Mingo is nowhere to be seen.

Hey Skelly, Claremont Mingo must use SOP to count...Chief Justice Roxanne George forced to explain her own ruling which was handed down on Wednesday..The ruling was since breached by the RO which resulted in Contempt of Court proceedings to be filed against him. However, the SOPs in used to tabulate the count is not matching the original SOPs.
All observers have concluded, their is evidence of tampering. Where will this take us now.... GECOM can continue counting, but their SOPs are fraudulent, as evidence is shown. This will result in APNU as the winner and Granger been sworn in as President.
Should GECOM fail to announce a legitimate declaration, i believe Guyana is heading back to the poll. Since GECOM is a corrupt body, they must be disband and new officers install. When will this process starts and end, is the big question. A interim government should be put in place until such election is held.

TCIâs SOPs came from the field. We received them from candidates, relatives and friends election night and the next morning. This was tabulated into a spreadsheet for me to use at the verification exercise.
Over the weekend when the SOPs in our possession were being discredited, we created a website for the public to upload any SOPs they could send us. This we then used to go to those locations of any new ones to verify if they were indeed valid images. We then tabulated these in a second spreadsheet.
I received hundreds of images via my own fb again. We attempted to verify them as valid images where we could. What we discovered was that many were taken away already or we were not allowed to enter via the security instructions. We kept those to see if the Gecom Sops would match still. Some did and some didnât.
Yâall please ease me about the PPP SOPs. I have my own verified images of field SOPs in my phone. For instance a former student, posted his polling placeâs own at 10.34 pm on election night. Guess what happened when that same polling place Sop was read out today. Just guess.
