You and druggie can have your orgy and rage screaming at "lazy black people", and then you will both wail that you arent racist/  Its just amziang that you folks are alowed to make comments that only appear on white supremacist sites and yet are never cautioned about this.

Any way BOTH of you illustrate why the PPP will NOT win more than 50%.

1.  Many Indians are tired of the PPP and pictures of a dry Amaila Falls just shows how corrupt and incompetent they are.  Imagine the PPP wanted to expose Guyana to US$850 million in debt ogligations and guarantees and  now we see that the site is inappropriate because the river is now DRY!

Do you think that 100% of Indians are stupid enough to vote for a party which engages in this incompetence.  We already know that the vast majority of the 55% non Indians will not.

The pnc and you are intent on destroying the nation, you preach to your people the life of entitlement and slacking off while others break their back working for what they achieve. You then turn around and tell your people that they were robbed of their birthright and they should kill and maim Indian because they deserve it. Sounds familiar? Yes Hitler did the same to the Jews.

The PNC/afc operatives will continue to flock to Barbados to push drugs and rob and kill. That is why the Bajans want them out. Guyana has lots of opportunity that is why we see all the housing boom and labor shortages. Life is good, only pnc/afc types will cry out that they are suffering because they are too lazy to work and prefer to rob.

Look how St Kitts is helping out Guyanese who are so desperate to stay on the little island!  Most of them are INDIANS who daily go to beg him not to toss them out.  BTW when I visited there not too long ago the best jobs that I saw your people doing was sales clerk jobs in tourist shops.  Certainly NOT operating the heavy equipment which are4 the best jobs in construction.  And NOT owning businesses either.  Yet they beg the PM to stay in StK/N.

FYI the Bajans tolerate the black Guyanese.  Its the Indian ones who they do not like as you all carry your hatred of blacks to a majority black island.  The Bajans say that they have enough to deal with from their own local white population and arent about to let half starved peasants fleeing a party who they voted in to bring the same racist attitudes about blacks.

Druggie tell us about how Amaila Falls has run dry and try to justify how the insistence of the PPP that Guyana ought to have sunk hundreds of millions of dollars (and have already alegedly spent US$30 million) is good for Guyana.

The hotels in Guyana are 50% empty, even though there are fewer than 500 rooms.  So tell me how adding 200 rooms is a smart idea.  Not every one who currently stays in the other hotels will go to Marriott, so where will they get the 70% AVERAGE accupany rate to be viable?

Why does CBJIA require EIGHT jetways?

Guysuco is on the brink of bankruptcy and is now almost as unviable as it was when the PNC ran it...of course.  Yes that party which was certainlt NOT a friend to that industry.

This PNC dunce is always hollering about how the sky is falling. These Burnhamites are still around. Progress in Guyana makes them burn in envy.

By the time you add up all the indebtedness that the PPP wants to foit on Guyana if they are allowedf to they will leave Guyana in the same state that Burnham left it.

1.  Skeldon.......FIASCO

2.  Amaila Falls.....FIASCO

3.  Marriott Hotel....FIASCO

4.  CBJIA...FIASCO.

Add up all the exposure that Guyana will have on this failed projects, if the PPP is allowed and you might well reach US$ 1 Billion!!!

PPP establishes Integrity and

Discipline Commission

October 22, 2013 | By | Filed Under News

picsThe People’s Progressive Party (PPP) says that it has established an internal Integrity and Discipline Commission.
This, General Secretary, Clement Rohee said, is a move to “ensure that members of our Party serving in public offices at all levels, maintain the highest level of integrity in the performance of their duties.”
This disclosure was made yesterday during a press conference held at Freedom House.
Rohee said that the Commission will investigate allegations of theft, bribery and forgery. He noted further, that the Commission is mandated to investigate misconduct by Party Members who engage in activities unbecoming of a good member. These could include defamation and sexual harassment or sexual misconduct.
According to Rohee, the decision to establish the Commission flows from the last Congress. He said however, that during deliberations at the new Central Committee meeting it was affirmed that additional steps be taken to establish “a mechanism to address allegations of misconduct and to reinforce party discipline, at all levels.”
Rohee said that the commission is made up of long standing executive party members who will report to the Executive Committee on its findings.
It was noted that the Committee will work like any other, receiving allegations, evidence and accessing the information.
Questioned about the names of those members, Rohee only identified Presidential Advisor Dr. Roger Luncheon and former Minister Clinton Collymore. The General Secretary declined to name any other committee member.
He did say, however, that the committee will be made up of about five persons. But couldn’t say who will be the chairman nor if one has yet been appointed. Rohee said the PPP will disclose that information at an “appropriate” time.
Rohee affirmed that release of that information is the prerogative of the PPP, again at an appropriate time. However, how soon will the appropriate time present itself remained a mystery.
What Rohee managed to respond directly to was whether the commission will be opened to investigating existing issues. The General Secretary said that once it is reported, the matter will be investigated irrespective of the period during which it occurred.
He pointed out that a report can be made by any member of the public and is not just opened to PPP members/supporters.  The commission will address existing issues, anyone can complain.
Questioned about the public integrity commission as to whether the PPP will be pushing for it to function, Rohee said that those are two separate issues and at this point the PPP’s concern in this regard is about its members.
Several members of the PPP who hold public position have been accused of inappropriate behaviour in the past.
A tape-recording of a conversation between a boy identified as Julius from Linden, and an individual who many have identified as McCoy, has implications for the Rights of the Child Commission and for the integrity of the Office of the President.
Since the recording was first aired, people have telephoned to say that McCoy should not be a member of the Rights of the Child Commission. Some want him to resign as Liaison to the President. McCoy declined to take calls from people Friday evening.
Yesterday Rohee told the media that the establishment of the Integrity and Discipline Commission is a further enhancement of the Anti-corruption Committee established some years ago by the Party.

NB: IF RAMOTAR AND THE PPP/C WANTS THEIR SUPPORTERS TO REALLY BELIEVE THEM, THEN THEY BETTER COME GOOD AS THE PPP/C SUPPORTERS ARE PISSED OF WITH THEM.

The Anti-corruption Committee established some years ago by the Party, was just a showcase, the PPP/C make sure that it did not work. We can only hope that this Committee will not be a corrupt one.

Over 2000 case dockets misplaced

October 22, 2013 | By | Filed Under News

Corruption was cited as the main cause for the disappearance of almost 2000 case dockets throughout the main Magisterial Districts of Guyana.
According to the 2013 Auditor General report a whopping 765 case dockets were listed as misplaced from the Georgetown Magisterial District alone for 2010-2011.

The report said that the matter of constantly misplaced case dockets is one which has not been resolved since 2010 despite the recommendations of the Auditor General.
The document revealed that the affiliation, criminal and civil case dockets at the Georgetown, West Demerara and East Demerara Magisterial Districts continue to be disorganized with a number of case dockets being misplaced or filed at different locations.
This was compounded by the fact that the Register of case dockets did not contain information on the movement of case dockets which is a problem that plagued the year 2011 as well.
For the years 2010-2011, a total of 409 case files remain misplaced for the East Demerara Magisterial District.
In addition to this, 774 case files were noted to be misplaced within the two years for the West Demerara Magisterial District.
It was also observed that more case files were misplaced during the year 2011 as opposed to 2010.
An official of the Judiciary explained that they had implemented the Transfer and Movement Registers to monitor all case dockets and it is an exercise being updated on a regular basis.
They had also indicated, that at the time of the audit, some case dockets were before the Magistrates for hearing and will be presented for audit examination pending the outcome of the said matters.
However, the Audit Office recommended that the Department in charge should institute corrective measures that would ensure that the case dockets are available during every financial audit period, while doing what is necessary to locate outstanding case dockets since 2010.
Further, a senior official at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court revealed that the relevant departments have made no efforts to recover the misplaced files.
He said that during last year more misplaced files have been added to the earlier figures.
The source said, “Whilst a few files may remain misplaced for genuine reasons, most of the files are missing due to high levels of corruption which have permeated the system.”

Bribes are being paid, and dockets are being moved, hence another place riddled with corruptions, this is something that has been happening too often.

HEADS NEEDS TO BE ROLLING

THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE STEAM CLEANED AND PUT SYSTEMS IN ORDER

IF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTION CANNOT SEE THE THOSE DOCKETS ARE IN SAFETY THEN BLAME THE PPP/C FOR ANOTHER AREA OF CORRUPTIONS

2000 CASE DOCKETS STOLEN AS IT WOULD APPEARS.....I CAN IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF CORRUPTIONS MONEY CHANGES HANDS

It is on good authority that I tell you folks that the people behind the 2000 missing dockets are afc/pnc agents. A closer examination will show that those missing dockets belong to clients of Nigel, Ramjattan and Trotman. Anyone familiar with the legal practice in Guyana knows that the best technique to frustrate overseas clients is stalling tactics. The above mentioned engage in paying off court clerks to make dockets "disappear" so that the could benefit from the inability of overseas litigants to travel back and forth to Guyana on a frequent basis.

I maintain that the person who is in charge of that section, should be kicking dust, but what do we see.....The PPP/C tolerates this type of scandalous behavior, if not then actons would have been taken a long time ago to address this issue of missing dockets

The court system are managed by pNC/afc operatives who are beyond reproach due to the independence of the legal system from oversight by the ruling party. The AFC/PNC leadership take  advantage of this situation by planting their operatives to control the outcomes of cases, note the high profile cases that have gone in favor of the PNC/AFC bandits. Including the freeing of dangerous criminals and most recently the Lusignan murderer who Nigel represented. If you don't know about Guyana's legal system then you should educate yourself instead of giving uneducated opinions from the safety of your perch in the West.

Look at the scandal ofAmaila Falls.  This on top of the Berbice Brdide, Skeldon, Providence stadium....and now the PPP wishes further waste with Marriott and eight jetways at CBJIA.  All this while there are no proper roads linking Guyana with the Rupununi and the opportunities that it will open up for trade with Roraima state.

So what will Guyana do when this happens.  Endure black outs until the rans start again?

Traditionally and what is written in the constitution are two different concepts.  In fact it is tradition for the govt official to maintain a hands off approach on prosecutions and leave this job to non political appointees in the DPP.  You will also note that if indeed Anil tried to intervene you would change your story and claim that he is micromanaging and is biased on who gets prosecuted.  Remember how you lot called Jagdeo a micro manager all those years?

Now you ketch sense, lets not put those with the opportunity to put their hands in the cookie jar to route out corruption. It must be a bipartisan effort where all Guyanese must stand up and condemn it. Not only through their voices but by the actions. The action that your aunt took to pay the bribe at the airport is in fact condoning and supporting corruption. People must make the sacrifice of standing up to the corrupt officials and suffering the inconvenience of their noble actions. Not wait for the other guy to stand up. Could you imagine if your aunt was in the US during the civil rights movement cowering and not sacrificing?

My Aunt at the Airport wanted to get on her way, but the PPP/C custom Officer thinks differently and says well 'if the top echelons of the PPP/C is doing this and get away then I can.' And so the PPP/C is almost converting Guyana to criminality.

The Electorate of 49% in Guyana elected the PPP/C to Govern. Instead of Governing, corruptions is widespread all over. Of those 49% who went and vote, this time around that margin will decrease to 42%

If the PPP has any decency and morality it will put an end to such gross misconduct in bribery and corruptions The time is now to capitalize on anything that it can leverage for economic growth to make life better for the people.

The PPP/C should begin with the Housing Ministry, I say give the lands to poor people of Guyana and that they can achieve their dreams of a roof over their head. Giving the lands of lots to their cronies and friends who calls themselves Developers is blatant thieving that the PPP/C is exhibiting for all Guyanese and foreigners to see.

How much more corrupt the PPP/C can get.
