The Wismar massacre took place on May 25th-26th, 1964.

The Sun Chapman Launch bombing took place on July 6th, 1964.

Most writers seem to think that the Sun Chapman bombing brought the Wismar Massacre.  It was the Wismar massacre then the Sun Chapman bombing.

Watch Carib start to ketch " fits" with this one.

Clearly then the bombing was revenge for the Wismar event.   And Wismar was revenge for PYO events in Buxton and other parts of the coast.  Note that in those days many people in McK came from WCB and ECD so would have reacted personally to violence against their relatives by the PYO.

The Sun Chapman was searched in Georgetown by police before it took off on its journey because a person had overheard an employee of another launch "the lalita" saying that the Sun Chapman was going to be bombed. The police found nothing on the Sun Chapman in Georgetown. If it was a bomb then it may have been brought on board by a passenger during the stops made by the launch on its way to Linden.

There were threats by PYO thugs that they planned to bomb the ferries heading up to McK.  So the notion that PNC terrorists would have been carrying dynamite to that area is ludicrous when all they had to do is to steal from the large inventory of dynamite which was already there.

FACT.  BOTH PPP and PNC operatives were involved in tit for tat violence.  The attempt to paint Indians as being saints is silly and dishonest when the PPP was dripping in as much blood as was the PNC.  In fact the Sun Chapman would have been the MOST deadly incident during this period.

Every action has a reaction.  You cannot expect to rape innocent East Indian girls with empty soft drink bottles, chop a man's head off and burn innocent East Indians alive to their deaths and then walk away as nothing happen.  For those people who did that and their immediate families, watch your backs until you depart this world.

I suggest that the PYO also needs to watch their backs too.  Yes all of those 80 y/o Indo KKK writing nonsense on GNI.

Imagine, there was so much tension, suspicion, people even opted not to use the boat, yet someone was able to enter this controlled environment, plant a large bomb, exited the scene and no one even had a clue, no one saw anything, no one checked what was being placed on the boat!  Maybe some people knew the PNC was transporting suspicious materiel and got nervous and opted to traveled RH Carr!

The PNC and their false narrative concoction need to sell their story to low or non-thinkers.

Yes a PYO thug.  Given that explosives were easily available in McK I don't know why you and the rest of your PPP hooligans continue to peddle the lie that you weren't as guilty for this tragedy as the PNC hooligans were for Wismar and other incidents against perceived PPP supporters.

There is no hard evidence to nail a particular group for this bombing, but reading all the details from everyone, one can conclude, the PNC is responsible.

Logic suggests that it was the PPP.

1. revenge for Wismar.

2. PNC operatives worked for Demba so had ample opportunity to steal explosives there.

3.  Most of the people on the vessel were blacks.  Given widespread PYO violence there was ample motive to instigate PNC supporters into revenge attacks.  The PNC didn't have to kill scores of their supporters to achieve this.

No one knows for a fact who did this but logic dictates that it was the PPP.

It is a documented fact that while the PNC and the UF could be blamed for instigating the violence of 1962/63 as they wanted to destabilize the PPP by 1964 they had already succeeded in their goals.  Which was to have elections under PR rules, thus guaranteeing a PPP losses, given that it was obvious that the PNC and UF planned a post election alliance.

It was the PPP which provoked 1964 violence as they wished an atmosphere of mayhem to ensure that the elections were canceled.

Clearly then all parties involved, the PPP, the PNC and the UF have their hands stained in blood so for any of these entities to paint themselves as innocents is a sad pathetic joke.

You are lucky that Dr. Jagan had those men believing in Karl Marx.  If they had believed in 70 virgins waiting in heaven for them then every launch going to Linden would have come under attack.

They thought that they would meet the "blue eyed bougie" in heaven.  Fat Boy can report that she had a very healthy sexual appetite, too much for her husband to manage.

This is beneath you. Show some class.

Why?  It was widely reported that Janet was worried about what her son would look like and was relieved when he came out so light skinned.

Janet was no angel and its about time you all acknowledge that.
