Listing the AG on that document is as reckless as all the other documents that the PNC authored over the past 5 months. They lack merit. I haven't seen any report that the AG was even involved in this incident.

If the PPP AG was not involved, why was he listed on the document ?  Who initiated the charge ? The police involvement is dispatching the warrant.

Ignorance is bliss. There is an authorized signature on that document. It was signed on behalf of the AG. That is how government works. I signed over 10,000 documents on behalf of the Comptroller of Customs, and it was legally done.

As I stated, I have not seen any report where the AG is involved. If you are in awareness of any perhaps you may post it for my edification. There has been quite a few reports of who/what initiated the search/charge and none of them involved the AG. All the reports have indicated that Jones was in possession of state assets and was subsequently arrested and charged for that offence.

Was he operating a barbershop at the time he obtained the items? If this was not disclosed and he did not have a barbershop, what would have happened to the equipment that was purchased with taxpayers' dollars?

It is just a hunch but I think he was going to sell it back to existing barbershops. Why would he open a barbershop and risk losses when he can sit back as a minister and do nothing while still getting kickbacks like these materials?

You might be right. Just like the PPP regional officials sold free government fertilizers and oil to farmers, that was supposed to assist their damages crops.

I hope they went to jail for it. If they didn't then it proves how much more incompetent the PNC led Coalition that after 5 long years they let those scoundrels walk free. Looks like the NEW PPP is taking a law and order approach instead.

Correct.  PNCites always make claims but the PNC never did a thing.  How do we know these claims are valid?  This can only be done with a proper investigation and prosecution. Other than that it’s spurious claims without merit. 

Mr Jones will get a chance to defend himself. That’s the rule of law.
