Believe it or not I had a craving for cereal rass ...so Fruitloops it is

english muffin and eggs sunnyside up for breaky


Salmon
Quinoa
Sweet patato for lunch

Multigrain thinfuls
goat cheese
tomatoes for dinner

Lunch: Chicken sandwich, some papaya and pomegranate juice.

Dinner: Bake chicken, potato salad with lettuce and cucumber.
