@Former Member, PPP and APNU had polling agents at all 879 Region 4 polling stations and were the only two parties that had the resources to have such representation.

Yet, the smaller parties are congregating behind Jagdeo to claim that PPP/C's SOPs matched what their polling agents can confirm, when it is impossible for them to have adequate representation at each 879 polling stations.

They may have issued a letter indicating that they have verifiable sources of PPP/C's count, but this a boldface lie. At the end of the day, GECOM is the first and last officiating body of ANY and ALL counts.

The burden of proof lies with the PPP/C to show GECOM was somehow compromised as the PPP/C swears up and down that their SOPs are nothing but truth. I ask, on what grounds? Who has verified PPP/C's SOPs? Or are we all going with what the mastermind Jagdeo claims? How foolish that would be!

Guyana will remain divided no matter which party comes out victorious at the end. GECOM was never the problem, it was the political parties ability to hinder the election process that remains the problem.

A new process, preferably electronic, should be considered for future elections. Less manual, more automation. Election results would have already been declared that same night if there was an automated process.

I have done some fact checking with some SOPs. The SOPs are from pictures that were taken on election day and was posted at the community's polling station. I then compared it with what the PPP scanned and uploaded. So far all checks out! Even the one from sophia which was claimed to be different than what the PPP have online.

Please do your own checking and please share.

Each of us have a mandate to expose the riggers and thief. I will continue doing so, regalesss of the financial burden.

We will continue to fight to the end for democracy. I wonder how some of you can live with yourself knowing the truth was expose. The ABC countries and international observers witness this bared face hijacking.

The SPOs are signed and photocopied. The small parties are  headed by sensible people who can discern chicanery. What  happened at GECOM was fraud, plain and simple.

The PPP asked for proper counting from statement of polls. They were asking for the normal process of proof making. If there was error checking t hen the comparison should be random selection of ballot boxes to test for accuracy.

Quote "@Sachin ,unfortunately i don't subscribe to your thinking ,painting one side good and the other side as evil. Also who have the right to rule ,there will be no progress in divided country."

You are right - Your thinking that PPP dope the world of observers minds with the help of Russian hacker to favor them with the right to rule is beyond any sane thinker scope...

@Rochelle, You are not a lawyer as you previously professed, maybe a clerk. By posting lies will only jeopardize your bar licence and believe you me these postings can go a far way.

Fact, many of the opposition parties had observers at polling stations in region 4, more so than other stations. Foreign observers were rotating at different polling stations. At the end of polling, they all had copies of SOPs they all were present to compare figures. The sealed envelopes were sent to RO office to be verified and that's where Mingo started the process and then realized that numbers were looking good in the opposition favor , he then played sick to stop the process.

Well, let's give him the benefit of the doubt, he was sick. His clerk should have continued the current process of counting and cross checking, but NO she brought out a spread sheet with FAKE numbers.   This is the crucial juncture , anything happed there after is POLITICAL DRAMA.. ALL we are asking ,The PPP, and all opposition political parties , including local and foreign observers is to continue the legal verification process.

Only, if APNU is an honest body , then do the right thing.

Cathy/Rumjaat  Russian spy and equipment involved in our election is Bull Crap, Total distraction.

The court process will be another NCV fiasco. Delay, Delay!!

@kp how presumptuous of you to question my profession! Your threats are idle at best.

Observers may have very well rotated across various polling stations but each other small party is professing from the mountain tops that PPP/Cs SOPs were "independently" verified and should be treated as factual. Again, on what basis? Are you suggesting the observers were the litmus test for the PPP/C Region 4 counts? Complete bullocks!!

As established by LAW, GECOM is the appointed body for ALL counts. NOT the political parties, NOT random people posting on Facebook, and certainly NOT Jagdeo. All this pontification, and you know nothing.

I will wait for the court to hear the matter, and then go from there. For now, I will not trust Jagdeo and his attempt to circumvent the process. Believe what you may, but do not step to me with idle threats about my profession and licensure. Even more presumptuous of you to think I am a Guyanese-based licensed attorney. Please, continue in your presumption. It tickles me.

Lest you forget the events that transpired in Mon Repos where a PPP/C supporter, Anthony Sarjoo, pulled a gun? In Bath where mobs attack the police force and a policewoman is badly beaten? In Bushlot where a bus, filled with innocent schoolchildren, is stoned? On the Corentyne where Police Sergeant, Punit Ibaran is assulted mercilessly? What about the Nurse and Immigration officer's unprovoked attack? What about the policemen attacked at Cotton Tree by armed PPP/C supporters like Seedat Hansraj, who attacked the lawmen with cutlasses, wood, iron, etc?

Yet, "the blacks" are the problem?

Dude, You seriously believe the highlighted? It might have been when it was originally created. Be serious and objective, if that is possible with you. The objective of the four current GECOM PNC members is to keep the PNC in office. Have you seen this "pogo stick" circus before anywhere besides Guyana?

@Former Member, as a woman of color, many of the comments directed to me are extremely offensive but openly allowed. I never once attacked any person on here, yet my profession and the veracity of my statements are questioned solely due to bringing a different viewpoint and opinion to the table.

I saw how @Totaram was attacked to prompt the closing of the previous thread, where s/he was subjected to lewd sexual harassment. Fair is fair, and I should be able to express my viewpoints without being subjected to attacks on my character, profession or ethnicity.

@Former Member, I understand the spreadsheets were initially used as there were discrepancies found in the SOPs. Do recall there were also recounts done in Region 5 and 6 during the debacle in Region 4.

I believe the only way Guyana can move forward is for there be another election date. If no winner is declared within 15 days of the last election, there is technically no government in power. This would trigger the need for a new election date within 3 months. This is new territory for everyone involved.

@Former Member thank you for reiterating and setting those guidelines.
