Comrade still hasn’t explained how Jagdeo tabulation for all ten regions which he (Comrade) argues was done in 2/29/2020 exactly matched the totals for votes counted by GECOM on or after 3/2/2020 for every region except region 9. Perhaps Comrade is suggesting that the Russians know on or prior to 2/29/2020 what voters GECOM will count for votes casted on 3/2/2020. 😀
