Why Obama will not win:

Unemployment rate is stuck at 9 percent. Obama keeps blaming others for his failed economic policies.

Obama’s poll numbers are at a low 40’s.
Only 20 % of Americans believe that America is on the right track.

Obama has lost the independent vote and young voters have deserted him.

His state of the Union address was seen as dividing the nation into rich vs poor.

Blacks live in areas with the highest unemployment rates. Black voters turnout will be low this election.

Republicans have finally gotten their act together to defeat Obama.

ObamaCare is unpopular.

Occupy Wall Street have failed.

Social Media now has a negative image of Obama

His presidency is collapsing. Some are speculating on his mental health. He seems to be isolating himself and is trapped in a collapsing presidency.

You are looking at what is essentially a rigged election, where none of the current candidates offer an alternative to the present disastrous policy package of war, police state measures and continued bailout. I will stipulate here that Ron Paul objects to the war and the police state measures, but not to the package. If you don't abandon the bailout policy, you will get the war and police state measures whether you want them or not.

Wars in America have generally in the past been able to create jobs and jumpstart a dead economy.

This debate must continue. Wars are of two types:

Planned with an exit strategy and unplanned with no exit strategy.

Bush took the unplanned no exit strategy route with serious consequences. A wise president will choose an exit strategy.

I do see a war happening if the Republicans win. It will be planned, short and with an exit strategy. I personally do not support wars but this is a strategy a superpower uses to it's advantage.

Let the debate begin.

There's a lot more to it than that. Just take a look at some of Kissinger's comments -- classic Geopolitics. Wars are started to manipulate the world strategic situation to the disadvantage of one's competitors.

Let me begin by praising Obama!

The man is a great politician---great campaigner.

FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT OF THE FORMERLY RACIST AMERICA!

What a great country---the great US of A.

RE: THE 2012 ELECTIONS

In 2008 Americans were mesmerized by the voodoo spell first term senator and community organizer Obama cast over the country---he received 54% of the votes I believe.

WE ARE NOW IN THE YEAR 2012

Will Americans choose to face reality or will they continue to be entranced and mesmerized by Obama's voodoo spell ?

The reality is the Obama experiment---first black president---has made things worse in America---read yuji's lead post---We need in America a problem solver to tackle the major problems in America.

Henry, I am just engaging everyone in this important debate. It is unrealistic for Obama to start a war. He will not get the support that he needs.

Obama is like a sitting duck president. Unless he pulls of one of the biggest voodoo jobs and America re-elects him.

This is highly unlikely since Republicans have finally waken up their base and the Democrats are in a very bad shape.

Al, is always right. Read his post.

When American voted for Obama, they voted to change history and a promise we CAN'T believe in. Three years later and it's still unbelievable. We need a change in government and a stable economy. I believe Mit Romney can make us believe in America again. Vote Republican!

What America's next president said on CNN today was he was not concerned about the poor because they have a safety net.

And in any case the poor will be voting for this man:

Bottom line:

THE 2012 ELECTIONS WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT IN AMERICA'S HISTORY.

One of those guys is a problem solver and represents prosperity going forward---the other represents the status quo and guarantees the poorhouse for millions of Americans.

It's all up to the American people.

Republicans are the only ones to bring change to America. Democrats, with the exception of President Bill, in recent times have not been able to move America ahead.

Democrats always say the right things but have failed to deliver for the American people. Obama is a good example of this.

Bush was not good for America but every country elected less intelligent presidents in the past, mistakes to be learnt from.

The good thing about America is it's checks and balances system that allow for a democratic state. Freedom of expression and individual rights is what makes America great.

Time for change in America. No more voodoo Presidents. Vote Republican.

Mitt Romney: “They want someone who they have confidence in. I believe I will be able to instill that confidence in the American people.

By the way, I’m in this race, because I care about Americans. I’m not concerned about the very poor; we have a safety net there. If it needs repair, I’ll fix it. I’m not concerned about the very rich, they’re doing just fine. I’m concerned about the very heart of the America, the 90 percent, 95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling, and I'll continue to take that message across the nation."

GALLUP STATE NUMBERS PREDICT HUGE OBAMA LOSS

quote:
Gallup released their annual state-by-state presidential approval numbers yesterday, and the results should have 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue very worried. If President Obama carries only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in 2011 (e.g. Michigan where he is up 48 percent to 44 percent), Obama would lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215.

Gallup adds:

Overall, Obama averaged 44% job approval in his third year in office, down from 47% in his second year. His approval rating declined from 2010 to 2011 in most states, with Wyoming, Connecticut, and Maine showing a marginal increase, and Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Jersey, Arizona, West Virginia, Michigan, and Georgia showing declines of less than a full percentage point. The greatest declines were in Hawaii, South Dakota, Nebraska, and New Mexico.

LINK

Hmmmm! The gallup state numbers support Yuji's contention---Obama will lose in 2012.

Gentlemen, American politics is not Guyana politics. When a presidential candidate wins he becomes the nation's president and leader of the free world. Guyana, on the other hand, we have two neemakaram, hungry belly party name APNU & AFC. They are trying to be democratic and civilized but those two words are not in their psyche, and they don't know the meaning. Then you have overseas neemakaram ah praise them. Everywhere you tun is neemakarams.

Hello Rev Al ! I don't despise Mitt Romney and he will not be elected as President. He lacks passion and has made quite a few blunders with his mouth. President Barack Obama will chew him up and then stomp on him. And that's putting it mildly.

Neither Obama or the Republicans have the answer to America's problems. It really is the end of an era when America was the best at all industries. Today the country is besieged by nations that are swifter, faster and hungrier for economic progress. Namely, China, India, and a few others. Most Americans realize that this nation is no longer competitive or will ever regain its former glory, sort of like the demise of Rome.

Even Barack Hussein was amazed and astonished that his hope and change mantra duped the American masses.

Listen, the Rev was dead wrong back in 2008---Obama managed to hypnotize the American public with his voodoo---they were mesmerized and spellbinded.

Anyway, Obama received 44% of the white votes in the 2008---if only 5 of those 44 percent of white folks wake up from their stupor and return to their senses---no more hynotizing by the Obama voodoo---then America will be saved in November---and Mitt Romney will be our new President.

By the way, the Rev has never been wrong 3 times in a row--on anything. Big Grin

Not necessarily. The US went through a similar period of economic insanity during the early 20th Century, and recovered thanks to the leadership of FDR, who restored an American approach to economics. However... imagine how bad things could have gone if instead of FDR, there had been a Wall Street-loving pro-British neo-Confederate type of Democratic president, like Obama. Under those circumstances, the US would have gone in the same direction that most of Europe did.

RE: OBAMA WINNING IN 2012

There is only one number the Rev is interested in---and will be following closely---Obama's performance approval rating.

Check this:

If Obama's approval rating is 50% or more come November he will win re-election; if not he will lose

IT'S THAT SIMPLE--a 50% or more approval rating and the American voters will give the O-man another 4 years.

Right now Obama's approval rating is 44%---see link:

gallup--Obama approval rating

HISTORICALLY:

According to gallup Presidents with approval numbers above 48 to 50% in the gallup poll win re-election. Those with approval ratings below that level lose.

RIGHT NOW OBAMA(44%) LOOKS LIKE A LOSER!

But November is 10 months way---allah may smile on Hussein. lol

In the name of allah, the beneficient, the merciful...In the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit---may America be blessed with a president who is a problem solver in Nov 2012.

Sorry you felt that way. I note you and I har a long argument and you cussed me out for training Indian tech guys whom you claim were slot parasites with no option for the kinds of smarts you possessed. Now you reversed yourself on that.

That being said; the US still has the best research institutions and every innovation in the tech field still has its origin here. With tech I means drug tech, space tech, bio mechanics, etc. Others mainly steal these technology or copy them or fabricate for the US.
There is a green revolution coming. It is like a new industrial revolution and we will be leading there. I bet you have not seen the new led tech that will proliferate the market cutting illuminating costs by 90%. China needs 10% growth for another 10 years for parity on quality of life. India, alas, seems in a social malaise. Technology and wealth never seem to reach the growing poor.
